my topic speech, 8th graders: TOPIC SPEECH, 1ST TERM

Welcome to TOPIC SPEECH 2020, 1st term

The TOPIC SPEECH, is an activity of a major importance for Colegio San Ignacio Alonso de Ovalle because:

1. You are going to make a deep research of a new business.

2. You have to work autonomously and cope with the DEADLINES (time limits)

3. To build up your research you are entitled to use computers at school and your family one AT HOME. It is your personal responsibility to find the time and ways to cope with the deadlines.

4. Each topic will be different, but you will be given a FRAMEWORK ( structure to follow).

5. In this Topic Speech you have to DELIVER , descriptive and argumentative speech about famous AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTIONS.

6.Topic Speech is entirely prepared using online resources (Google drive)

7. Final oral presentation must be accompanied by a full picture google slide presentation

8. You must have a g-mail account

9. You have to use dictionary.com ; wordreference.com

GRADING

a.- WRITING PARAGRAPHS (online format)
Paragraphs 1,2,3,4 have to be finished on time (1 paragraphs per week)

Each paragraph will be assessed with according to the level of achievement
ACHIEVED= 3 POINTS
HALF ACHIEVED= 2 POINTS
NON ACHIEVED= 1 POINT

Written final version + Google slide + final oral outcome.This topic speech comprises a double grade
